Dan Hill is an experienced trial attorney specializing in personal injury and auto accidents. He has helped countless injured clients across Nevada achieve optimal outcomes in complex cases. Confident in the courtroom, Dan boasts an extensive jury trial background, having litigated over 30 cases in front of a jury, and favorably settled thousands of others before trial. He is no stranger to high-stakes and high-profile cases. Dan represented Ammon Bundy during the Bundy Standoff Trial, which resulted in the dismissal of all charges. Dan defended Vagos president Pastor Palafox against charges of murder and racketeering during the 7-month Vagos Motorcycle Club Trial. Mr. Palafox was acquitted of all charges.
Dan is a lifelong Las Vegan and active in the community. He is a visiting professor of legal history at UNLV’s Honors College, and serves on the Las Vegas Citizen Review Board and the Advisory Boards for the Downtown Redevelopment Agency and NPR.
